Program name: DCV PAC Alerts
Program description: When you opt in, Defending Conservative Values PAC will send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages include political alerts, donation requests, news and updates, event information, and other information about DCV PAC.
How it works
1. Opting in: You join by checking the text opt-in box on our website or donation page and providing your mobile number. You don't have to agree to receive texts in order to make a contribution or sign up for email.
2. Recurring messages: This is a recurring message program. Message frequency varies.
3. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. DCV PAC does not charge for this program.
4. Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.
5. Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@dcvpac.org .
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Service may not be available on all carriers or devices.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years old. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first so the new owner doesn't get our messages.
Privacy
SMS information is not rented, sold, or shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy at https://dcvpac.org/privacy-policy
Changes
We may change these terms or end the program at any time. We'll post changes on this page.
